The History of the International COSPAS-SARSAT Programme

From the IAA-IAF-IISL Advisory Committee on the History of Astronautics (ACHA), a report on the creation of the International COSPAS-SARSAT Programme has been published.

This is of interest not only to IISL members but also to law students.
