Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition (MLSLMCC) 2027
The case for the 2027 IISL Manfred Lachs Moot Court Competition was released on 15 August 2025. The case entitled Case Concerning International Responsibility and Liability for SSA Services and In-orbit Servicing can be found below and at this link.
Note that in 2025, IISL adopted an AI Policy which will apply to the 2027 Competition. The “AI Use Disclosure Statement” (see also below) must be submitted by competing teams with the team memorials.
